So today I decided I would dedicate this post to Self Care Sunday!
While I hope you are able to practice self care more often than just Sunday’s, dedicating a day of relaxation and fun sounds pretty good too!
So what is Self Care Sunday?
Self Care Sunday has been on the rise for the last couple of years. The idea behind Self Care Sunday is to relax and prepare yourself for the upcoming week.
