I talk about self care a lot! Self care holds a special place in my heart because I’m a mom and I know how important it is to practice it and take care of yourself.

So today I decided I would dedicate this post to Self Care Sunday!

While I hope you are able to practice self care more often than just Sunday’s, dedicating a day of relaxation and fun sounds pretty good too!

So what is Self Care Sunday?

Self Care Sunday has been on the rise for the last couple of years. The idea behind Self Care Sunday is to relax and prepare yourself for the upcoming week.

And if you are here for some inspiration, you came to the right place! Sometimes practicing the same ole techniques can get boring!
